Additional seating can be added. These rates include the Vendor Hall, Kitchen, Restrooms, and Patio, and exclude the bridal suite, gentlemen’s lounge, and wedding event space. They are for wedding use.

Tarkil Branch Farm offers all-inclusive weekend wedding packages: a 3-day weekend package with 36 hours of access (Friday 8am–11pm, Saturday 8am–11pm, Sunday 8am–2pm) and a 2-day weekend package with 28 hours of access (Friday 8am–11pm, Saturday 8am–9pm). What is included in a Tarkil Branch Farm wedding package?

Wedding packages include the reception hall, dedicated ceremony site with arch, covered patio, bridal suite, gentlemen’s lounge, tables and chairs, white or black linens, access to available décor, a free engagement/bridal photo permit, Bluetooth sound with microphones in the hall, bridal suite, and covered patio, plus a separate ceremony system, a personalised wedding logo projected in the hall, vendor recommendation list, staff support throughout, and post-event cleaning.

Does Tarkil Branch Farm have a bridal suite?

Yes. The bridal suite is 1,000+ sq. ft., with a Smart TV, a private changing area, and multiple getting-ready stations. There is also a gentlemen’s lounge with a Smart TV.

Can couples choose their own caterer at Tarkil Branch Farm?

Yes. Couples choose their own caterer. There is no required caterer list.

TBF has ample parking for guests with parking on the grass in front of and around the building at 1198 Fountaintown Rd., Beulaville, NC 28518.

The guest count is finalised 60 days before the wedding, pricing is based on maximum guest count, not attendance, the reservation payment is non-refundable at contract signing, the contract offer is valid 5 days, final payment is due 60 days before the wedding, and a $100 security deposit is returned if there are no issues. If alcohol is served, there is a $100 liquor registration fee, and a licensed bartender and liquor permit are required.
