What are the rental rates for the venue?

$200/rental fee for day + $100 one-time cleaning fee = $300 (Includes M, T, W, TH, F and Sun)

$300/rental fee for day + $100 one-time cleaning fee = $400 (Saturdays)

Price excludes Bridal Suite, Gentlemen's Lounge, and Wedding Event Space. Prices above not intended for wedding use.  See the wedding web page for specific wedding details.  

***All Rentals require a $100 security deposit that is refundable after the event.  See details within the contract. 

Do you offer catering services?

We will work with your preferred catering partner to make your wedding all you wish it to be!

Is there onsite accommodation for guests?
While we don't have onsite accommodation, we can provide recommendations for nearby lodging options.

What is the maximum capacity of the inside space?

The wood tables and chairs included with the rental will include seating for 65 people.  We have additional tables and chairs that can be rented to seat up to 150 people with tables/chairs in the Reception Hall.  

Is there a kitchen area?

Yes, we have a kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a small ice maker.  There are also movable tables that can be used for food prep or serving meals if preferred.
