$100/day- weekday rental (M-Th)

All rentals must include an extra $100 cleaning fee separate from the venue costs listed above.

Yes!  We have a very spacious bridal suite for the women and a men's restroom to accommodate the men's needs.   

With full tables and chairs, up to ~82 people in the center section with capacity for overflow if needed.  Generally, the inside space is set up to handle 62 people with plenty of space between tables. Without tables (just chairs) could do ~100 people.  There are also overflow spaces within the building not in the center section that will allow for ~150 max for the entire building. There is also a 1600 sq foot patio outside that adjoins the inside space that is just as large and can accommodate tables/chairs if needed. 

Yes, we have a kitchen area with refrigerator, sink and small microwave.  There are also moving tables that can be used for food prep or serving meals if preferred.
